2. Ticketing technical solution
The technical solution enabling the management and online sale of tickets and season tickets is provided by WIREMIND SAS, a company incorporated under French law with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 805 145 828, with its registered office at 14-16 Boulevard Poissonnière, 75009 Paris, France.

Wiremind acts as the technical provider of the ticketing solution and may process, on behalf of MHSC FÉMININES, the data required for the operation of the platform and the provision of ticketing services.
3. CRM solution — Arenametrix
In managing its relationship with customers and supporters, MHSC FÉMININES uses the Arenametrix CRM solution, published by SAS Tech'4'Team, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €27,493, with its registered office at 157 boulevard Macdonald, 75019 Paris, France.

Ticketing data may be transmitted to and centralised within Arenametrix in order to:
- manage the relationship with customers and supporters;
- centralise purchase history;
- understand and analyse audiences;
- segment audiences;
- personalise the supporter relationship;
- prepare, target and monitor communication and marketing campaigns, in accordance with the choices expressed by the individuals concerned.
4. Payment provider — MONEXT
Payments made through the ticketing platform are processed using the services of MONEXT, a payment services provider.
In order to execute and secure transactions, the information required to process the payment may be transmitted to MONEXT and to the parties involved in the payment chain.
This processing may serve the following purposes:
- authorising and executing payments;
- securing transactions;
- monitoring transactions;
- preventing and detecting fraud;
- managing payment incidents or disputes;
- complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
MHSC FÉMININES does not use bank card data for any purpose other than carrying out and monitoring payment transactions in connection with ticketing.
5. Intellectual property
All items belonging to Montpellier FC featured on the ticketing platform, including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, distinctive signs, illustrations and other content, are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.
They are the property of MHSC FÉMININES or are used with the authorisation of their respective owners.

The software, technical solutions, interfaces, tools, technologies and other items belonging to the ticketing technical providers remain the property of their respective owners.

In operating the ticketing platform and managing its relationship with customers and supporters, MHSC FÉMININES determines the purposes and means of the personal data processing carried out as part of its activity and acts, in this respect, as data controller where the conditions set out in the GDPR are met.
The various technical providers involved in the operation of the ticketing platform may process data on behalf of MHSC FÉMININES or, for certain processing operations of their own, in their own capacity under the applicable regulations.
6.2 Data that may be collected
When using the ticketing platform, creating an account and purchasing a ticket or season ticket, the following may be processed:
- first name and surname;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- postal address, where requested;
- information entered in the customer account;
- credentials giving access to the account;
- information relating to orders;
- tickets and season tickets purchased;
- the matches concerned;
- transaction amounts and details;
- purchase history;
- requests submitted to customer service;
- preferences and consents relating to communications;
- IP address and other technical data;
- browsing data;
- data generated by cookies and other trackers, according to the choices expressed by the user.
The data actually requested, and whether it is mandatory or optional, is indicated at the point of collection.

Depending on the purpose pursued, processing may be based on:
- Performance of the contract, in particular for processing an order, payment, ticket delivery, after-sales service and refunds.
- Compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting, tax or regulatory obligations.
- The legitimate interest of MHSC FÉMININES, in particular to ensure the security of services, prevent fraud, manage and improve the customer relationship and analyse the use of services.

The ticketing platform uses Google Analytics for audience measurement and Meta Pixel for certain advertising and marketing measurement features.
Where their use requires consent, these trackers are only activated once such consent has been obtained.
Users may accept, refuse or customise their choices and change them at any time via the "Manage cookies" tool.
8. Access tickets and stadium entry conditions
Anyone wishing to enter the stadium must hold a valid access ticket.
Everyone, including children, must hold a ticket to enter the stadium.
Purchasing and using a ticket constitutes acceptance of the ticketing General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as of the stadium's internal regulations.
Ticket holders undertake to comply with the access conditions, the internal regulations, the safety instructions and the directions given by authorised staff.
Leaving the stadium is considered final.
9. Use, exchange and resale of tickets
Tickets are valid for the match and under the conditions indicated at the time of issue.
They cannot be taken back or exchanged except in the cases provided for by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the rules applicable to the competition or the legislation in force.
The resale of access tickets is subject to the applicable legal provisions.
Users are advised not to purchase tickets from platforms or sellers not authorised by Montpellier FC.
10. Postponed, interrupted or replayed matches
Where a match does not take place or is definitively stopped during the first half or during half-time, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled or replayed match, in accordance with the applicable rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Under the conditions currently set out in the club's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, spectators may also request a refund of their ticket from the first working day following the match and during the five working days thereafter.
The practical arrangements are specified by the club.
11. Checks and security
Access to the stadium is subject to the control and security measures provided for by the applicable regulations and the stadium's internal regulations.
Under the conditions provided for by law, spectators may be subject to checks and, where the legal conditions are met, to security pat-downs carried out by authorised persons.
Anyone refusing to submit to lawfully implemented checks or to safety instructions may be denied access to the venue.
12. Prohibited conduct
Access to and presence within the sports venue are subject to the provisions of the French Sports Code and the stadium's internal regulations.
The following may in particular constitute offences:
- unauthorised entry onto the field of play;
- throwing projectiles that present a danger;
- the unauthorised introduction, possession or use of certain pyrotechnic devices;
- more generally, conduct prohibited by the legislation applicable to sporting events.
Such acts may result in penalties in accordance with the legislation in force.

MHSC FÉMININES takes reasonable steps to ensure the operation and security of the ticketing platform.
Access may nonetheless be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents, security requirements or circumstances beyond the club's control.
MHSC FÉMININES cannot be held liable for malfunctions directly attributable to the user's equipment, internet connection or software, subject to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.
The conditions relating to the purchase, delivery, use, postponement, cancellation and refund of tickets are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the order.
